Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create or use an AFS account, participate in available products, receive rewards, use referral features, deposit funds, request withdrawals or otherwise interact with the AFS platform.

1. Understanding your AFS account

Each registered member receives a permanent AFS User ID. That User ID identifies the member's account and is also used for that member's invitation and referral link. Members are responsible for keeping their password and account access information confidential.

AFS may use reasonable account-security controls including login monitoring, session controls, transaction records, access restrictions and administrative audit records.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

Members must provide accurate registration information. A Ugandan mobile number registered in the required local format may be used as an account identifier. Members must not register multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating rewards, referrals, products, limits or any other platform feature.

3. Products displayed on AFS

Products available through AFS may have different prices, durations, conditions, limits, availability periods and reward or payout structures. Members should review the information displayed for the individual product before confirming participation.

Product terms recorded at the time of participation may be stored with that transaction so that later changes to a product do not silently alter an existing member's recorded transaction.

4. No assumption of guaranteed outcome

A displayed period, projected reward or other product information should not be interpreted as a statement that financial loss is impossible. Members should consider their own circumstances before committing money and should not use funds required for essential expenses.

5. Wallet and transaction records

AFS may maintain wallet balances and transaction records for deposits, product participation, rewards, referrals, withdrawals and other account activity. Where an incorrect balance results from a technical error, duplicate transaction, reversed payment, fraudulent activity or another verified accounting error, AFS may correct that record while preserving an appropriate audit trail.

6. Deposits

Available deposit methods, transaction limits and other applicable instructions are displayed within the platform. A deposit should not be treated as available funds until the transaction has been successfully received and recorded according to the applicable payment process.

7. Withdrawals

A withdrawal request initially enters a pending state. Pending means that the request has been received but the payment has not yet been confirmed as completed.

A withdrawal should only be marked completed after the corresponding payment has actually been processed or settled. AFS may retain the payment reference, completion time and authorized staff record for audit purposes.

8. Rewards and tasks

AFS may offer daily rewards, tasks, promotions or other account benefits. Each reward may have its own eligibility conditions. Rewards obtained through duplicate accounts, manipulation, automation, misrepresentation or other abuse may be cancelled or reversed after review.

9. Referral system

Each member may receive a unique AFS invitation link. Where a person completes registration through that link, the referral relationship may be permanently recorded under the introducing member's account.

Members must not impersonate AFS staff, promise unauthorized returns, create fictitious referrals or make misleading claims on behalf of AFS.

10. Member ranks and recognition

AFS may display member achievement levels or organizational titles based on configured qualification criteria. Recognition, titles or reward eligibility may be changed according to published platform rules and legitimate performance requirements.

11. Account restrictions

AFS may temporarily restrict an account where there is a reasonable security, fraud, legal, ownership or transaction-integrity concern. Restrictions should be used for legitimate review and protection rather than as a method of unfairly preventing an eligible member from accessing legitimate account funds.

12. Prohibited activity

Members must not attempt to manipulate balances, bypass security controls, exploit technical errors, compromise another account, create fraudulent referrals, submit false payment evidence or interfere with the proper operation of AFS.

13. Changes to AFS

Features, product availability, payment methods and platform rules may evolve as AFS develops. Material changes affecting existing financial rights or obligations should be handled according to the terms applicable to the relevant transaction and applicable law.

14. Legal company information

Where required, AFS company registration details, registered office information, regulatory details and other legal information may be displayed through the platform once that information has been formally established and entered by authorized administrators.

15. Responsible participation

Members should make decisions carefully and should not borrow money, sell essential property or neglect necessary expenses merely to participate in an AFS product.

By using AFS you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to follow the rules applicable to your account and the services you choose to use.
